Provision of construction and electrical installation services as well as purchase of external equipment for the establishment, upgrading and D&V of road traffic signalling systems and other ITS equipment.

The tender mainly includes the supply of construction and electrical installation services as well as the purchase of external equipment for the establishment, upgrading and D&V of road traffic signalling systems and other ITS equipment for Aarhus Municipality, Urban Spaces, Traffic and Road Operations.

The contractor must thus be responsible for the daily monitoring of Aarhus Municipality's ITS installations, including signalling systems, and carry out ongoing operation and maintenance so that the functions and condition of the systems are maintained. In addition to an on-call system, the maintenance task also includes handling of claims caused by damage, which in principle are financially irrelevant to Aarhus Municipality, in the sense that it is the Contractor's responsibility to repair the damage and seek financial compensation from the offender.

Operation and maintenance tasks must be managed using Aarhus Municipality's digital solution DriftWeb.

New establishment and upgrade of ITS facilities will take place as separate projects under the terms of the contract and will be priced based on the unit prices of the tender list.

All tasks include documentation work in the form of creating/updating documentation of replaced, moved or newly established components.
