Service of tree removal and tree crown care in the area of real estate being in the resources of the Regional Branch of AMW in Szczecin

1. The material scope of the services includes the performance of the NW. services, on the basis of separate orders of the Contracting Authority during the term of the contract:

1) Cutting down trees (10-15 cm above the ground surface) and removing waste, according to the needs of the Ordering Party, but not more than 29 pcs. during the term of the contract;

2) Milling of the carp after the felled tree (up to 20 cm. below the ground surface, according to the needs of the Ordering Party, but not more than 2 m2 during the term of the contract;

3) Maintenance pruning of tree crowns, according to the needs of the Ordering Party, but not more than 27 pcs. during the term of the contract;

4) Replacement tree plantings: according to the needs of the Ordering Party, but not more than 10 pcs. During the term of the contract:

a) maintenance of planted trees for a period of 12 months from the date of acceptance of works,

b) if the viability of the tree is not maintained during the maintenance period, replanting.

5) Tidying up the area after the completion of the above-mentioned works.

2. The material scope shall include in particular:

1) separation, protection and supervision of the work area,

2) use of own tools, materials and transport,

3) keeping the area and facilities, public roads and pavements adjacent to the work site clean,

4) loading, transport and management of harvested wood, branches, leaves, waste and other remains of the works,

5) obtaining appropriate permits to enter or occupy the right-of-way.

The above-mentioned scope of works will be carried out in accordance with the Act of 16 April 2004 on Nature Conservation.

The contractor is obliged to perform the service, engaging people with appropriate preparation and qualifications to perform this type of work, using their own tools, materials and transport, meeting safety requirements and approved for use on the basis of applicable regulations (having appropriate certificates, attestations and certificates).

3. Names and codes relating to the subject matter of the contract as defined in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 77211400-6 – tree felling services, 77211500-7 – tree care services, 77211600-8 – tree planting.

4. Completion date: From the date of signing the contract for a period of 12 months, not earlier than from 01.01.2024.
