The subject of the contract is "Supply of reagents for haematological tests and reagents for immunohematology determinations along with the lease of the analyzer and equipment".

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ and the contract templates constituting Annexes No. 2 and No. 2a to the SWZ. The description of the subject of the contract and the model contract should be read together with any changes in the content of the SWZ, which are, for example, the result of answers to the Contractors' inquiries.

The subject of the contract has been divided into lots, which means that it is possible to submit partial tenders for any number of lots.
