The contest is for the procurement of an electronic patient journal system (EPJ), as detailed in the attached contract's annex 1.

This is part 1 of the procurement, called the 'Qualification Phase'.

Several contracting authorities are cooperating on this procurement, and the system will be used by

- Hedemarken inter-municipal emergency doctor surgery

- Kongsvinger inter-municipal emergency doctor surgery

- Lillehammer inter-municipal emergency doctor surgery

Other named units will have an option to use the system.

The scope of the delivery is detailed in the tender documentation's part 2 - 'The Contest Phase', point 1.5.
