Open procedure pursuant to the combined provisions of art. 114, art. 118, art. 122, art. 60 and art. 54 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement to be entrusted to a single operator, lasting 60 months from the delivery of the works relating to the first application contract, for the extraordinary maintenance of the armament of the Rome tram network.

The value of the Framework Agreement based on the tender is equal to €19,926,640,16 excluding VAT as described below: a) €17,228,513.92 as the presumed amount for tailor-made works, subject to a reduction in percentage of race; b) €2,698,126.24 for security charges, amount not subject to race percentage down. amount not subject to race percentage discount. The sums available exclusively to the Contracting Authority, without prejudice to the provisions referred to in point 15.6 of the Tender Regulations and Contractual Regulations (DGNC) are equal to Euro 911,811.29. The value of the First Application Contract is equal to €2,733,431.54 excluding VAT. The awarding of the 1st application contract will be stipulated at the same time as the conclusion of the Framework Agreement. The first application contract will cover the extraordinary maintenance of the armament “II Functional Lot Viale Trastevere — Arenula (Line 8) — Via Carlo Felice (Line 3) — Piazza Risorgimento (Line 19) ”, as set out in Article 4.2 of the Special Specifications.
