Framework agreement for multi-award services (maximum 2) leading to the issuance of purchase orders. Tender procedure divided into lots (2 lots) conducted through an Open Call for Tenders (Article R2124-2 1° - Public Procurement Code). The buyer does not require variants or additional services. The buyer acts as the coordinator of a purchase grouping established between Saint-Nazaire Agglomeration - La CARENE, the Cities of Saint-Nazaire, Montoir de Bretagne, Saint-Malo-de-Guersac, Besné, and the CCAS of the City of Saint-Nazaire.
