The work concerns the construction of the administrative city in Beauséjour intended to receive municipal services; with minute deserted area and pedestrian paths.

All services will be organized on 3 levels: DRC / R + 1 and R + 2.

The level R-1 buried seedling will host a pocket of 16 private parking.

The work in this lot concerns:

- the preparatory work, demolition,

- general earthworks,

- sanitation of rainwater,

- sewage treatment,

- the drinking water supply network,

- civil engineering electricity Cf / Cf and Telecom,

- roads and ancillary works, including marking and signage,

- bituminous concrete surface coatings,

- the plantations and the irrigation network.

Non-limiting description:

- Structural work: site installation, cleanups for this lot, infrastructure (foundations, slabs, solid masses), structure (floors, masonry, beams, columns, chaining), conduits and stumps, screeds and paving, various finishing works, installation of wood frames, metal frames,

The work mainly concerns:

- all EF / EC plumbing works, supply and installation of sanitary and accessories, instantaneous water heater, fire extinguishers and signage,

- all the air conditioning and ventilation work, the supply and installation of the appliances and their equipment, a group of iced water on the technical terrace roof placed on anti-vibration pads, a hydraulic kit including the circulation pumps, a buffer tank, an expansion tank, safety and regulation, cassettes in false ceiling, split-systems, the electrical cabinet of air-conditioning, the set up of a programmer, and all the grids, registers and the necessary accessories.

Installation of a lift of 630 kg, electric machinery in the upper part of the elevator shaft.

Supply and installation of a motorized swing gate made of hot galvanized and powder coated steel.
