I. The service consists of the following works:

a) Work consisting in eliminating knotweed with herbicides in the area indicated in Fig. 1-4.:

- in the case of knotweed located less than 5 metres from the mirror of standing and flowing water - by injecting the herbicide into the plant stem; the treatments should be carried out in two relapses: I — from the beginning of the last decade of August to the end of the first decade of September and II — in last decade of September 2022; the height of the stems subjected to injections should be above 1.5 m, and the shoot should have a thickness of at least 1.5 cm. In one lobe of the knotweed, a minimum of 70% of shoots meeting the above dimensions must be injected. By the lobe of the knotweed, a compact cluster of stems that can stand out in the field as a group of plants (derived from one rhizome) should be understood. If there are single stems (height above 1.5 m and shoot thickness minimum 1.5 cm), the treatment should be used on each of them. For plants with a thickness of less than 1.5 cm, lubrication of assimilation apparatus and stems (minimum 90% of all leaves) is allowed;

- in the case of knot located at a distance of more than 5 meters from the mirror of standing and flowing water - by spraying the assimilation apparatus and stems with herbicide; procedures should be carried out in two relapses: in the first and last decade of September. Use the treatment on all plants (knot), on windless and rainless days (such weather should also persist for 6 hours after spraying/ruining). During the procedure, do not mow or break or destroy shoots; in the case of compact knotweed lobes, it is permissible to create working paths for the movement of persons performing the activity;

b) Removal of biomass from the treatment site is not required.
