The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, and nature protection, nursery, seeds, maintenance of forest facilities and other side activities, to be carried out in the area of the Nowogród Forest District in 2024.
Package 1 – forestry: Łacha, Leman, Podgórne, Krusza;The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, as well as nature protection, nursery, seed production, maintenance of forest facilities and other side activities, resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, which consists of:
