m21t23004 - framework agreement for the supply and manufacture of ropes, cables and slings, nets and derived equipment necessary for Maritime Force Elements (MFE)

the purpose of this draft framework agreement is to supply and manufacture ropes, cables and slings, nets and derived equipment necessary for Maritime Force Elements including:

- rope-type rigs made of synthetic and natural fibers.

- safety nets for landing boards, pilot ladders and net pallets

- steel cables and slings.

The scope of this draft framework agreement relating to the supply and manufacture of cables and slings will not be effective until 26 March 2023.

This draft framework agreement is part of a negotiated procedure in accordance with the provisions of the articles. L2324-3, R2324-3 and R2361-8 to R2361-12, from the public order code.

Pursuant to Articles R 2362-1 to R 2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code, it is a multi-awarded framework agreement with subsequent contracts through which:

- subsequent contracts will be awarded mono attributees setting the conditions for the execution of supplies by means of purchase orders.

- subsequent single-award contracts to meet punctual and unpredictable needs for specific equipment.
