The services, subject of this contract, concern the cleaning of roads and public spaces on the territory of Le Bourget and its ancillary services. The service provider will in particular ensure the maintenance in a constant state of cleanliness and sanitation of all public roads, public places and their outbuildings located on the territory. The city of Bourget has about 17,000 inhabitants and 21,569 m of undeveloped linear road network. The market includes fixed price services. It is also the subject of a framework agreement with single-beneficiary order forms with regard to so-called “exceptional” services with no minimum or maximum annual amount, depending on the needs expressed by the buyer. The market is concluded for a period of five years as from the reception by postal acknowledgment of receipt of the notification of the market by the holder.

The services that the holder will be responsible for as part of the package deal:

- mechanical sweeping of roadways and sidewalks in the West sector;

- mechanical sweeping of roadways and sidewalks in the eastern sector;

- mechanical sweeping of roadways and sidewalks, including Sunday cleaning of the “frequent downtown” sector;

- mechanical sweeping of the roadways and sidewalks of the narrow lanes, the central medians, the Charles de Gaulle square, the market place and its four access paths as well as the car parks;

- collection of leaves from October to December;

- cleaning up of the food market;

- salting and snow removal;

- festivals and ceremonies - public holidays;

- manual sweeping of squares throughout the year, including the Charles de Gaulle square;

- collection of baskets / control;

- services - urban cleanliness - emergency cleanliness throughout the city.

The holder will also be in charge of one-off and exceptional cleaning services, on order forms, as and when the needs of the buyer. They are as follows:

- washing of paved sidewalks;

- weeding of sidewalks;

- collecting leaves;

- the provision of a simple sweeper;

- the provision of a mechanical sweeper;

- the provision of a cleaning agent with vehicle and / or equipment;

- the provision of two agents with dump truck with 3.5 t drop sides;

- cleaning following an accident or incident on the roadway;

- removal of wild posters and graffiti;

- additional street washing services known as “clean up”;

- additional interventions on public holidays (on the premises and the progress of festivals and events organized by the city).
