This contract is a public works contract whose object is the Reconstruction of the psychiatric clinic of the Forêt de Soignes on the site located Chaussée de Namur, next to 201 at 1300 WAVRE

Contract 01 has already been awarded and includes lot 01 Enclosed-covered structural work – Ceiling – Partitioning – Tiles – Steering-coordination of work.

This contract 02 is planned in a single phase just like lot 01. It is to be carried out in continuity and partially simultaneously and in coordination with lot 01.

The work of this contract includes according to the decomposition of the lots:

- All the work of special techniques of the building;

- All the finishes and finishes of the building;

- All the development work of the surroundings and plantations around the building on the plot of the MO.

The management and general coordination of the works of the lots of this contract 02 is entrusted to the successful tenderer

lot 01 which will intervene under the direction of the Works Department.
