The following assignments may be included in the framework agreement for electro:

— Complete electro engineering design in connection with reconstructions and new buildings.

— The individual in charge for the framework agreement, in the company or a different person approved by Tysvær municipality, shall be engineering design manager/have the coordinating role for all engineering design in a given project.

— Implementation of condition evaluations and preparation of condition reports.

— Preparation of tender documents, including publication of tenders, and evaluations of tenders, in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations.

— The preparation of cost estimates and progress plans.

— Responsible for co-ordination/control of Administration, Operation and Maintenance documents for projects.

— Safeguarding the Health, Safety and Working Environment in accordance with the Builder Regulations for the relevant assignment.

— Follow up at the construction site.

— Construction management

The assignments shall be conducted in accordance with the current laws, regulations and Norwegian standards.
