This consultation concerns a design work contract for the studies and realization of a rehabilitation of the south wing and the link bar of the illustration building in Bobigny (93). Missions include the preparation and follow-up of the investigation of administrative authorizations files, design studies (final draft and project), execution studies and completion of all state works.

This consultation has entered into procedure with negotiation in application of Articles L. 2171-1 and L. 2171-2 (design-construction), L. 2124-3 (PN formalized procedure), R. 2124-3 3º (contract including design), R. 2142-17 (minimum number 3), R. 2161-12 to R. 2161-20 (PN), R. 2171-16 to R. 2171-22, R. 2171-1 and R . 2171-4 to R. 2171-14 (global contracts including design services), R. 2172-2 1º (jury not compulsory in rehabilitation) of the Public Order Code (CCP). The single market has two technical lots:

1) architectural and technical design;

2) carrying out the work (representative of the consortium).

Technical package 2 will include the following services:

— closed covered: asbestos removal, removal, clearing, workmanship, insulation, waterproofing, facades, exterior joinery, locksmith,

— techniques: plumbing, heating, ventilation, electricity, strong and low currents, lighting, specific fluids, lift and lift, GTB, safety, fire safety and green spaces,

- coverings: plastering, interior joinery, floors, painting, tiling, cleaning.
