The subject of the order is the performance of nature expertise including:
1. the implementation of the field inventory of the Natura 2000 Estuary Noteci PLH080006, for determining the size (in ha) of natural habitat resources
2. Assessment of the conservation status of natural habitats
3. Identifying existing and potential threats to the maintenance or restoration of proper conservation status, separately for each natural habitat
4. Development of measurable and verifiable objectives of conservation actions
5. Presentation of a proposal for protective action adequate to established risks
6. Develop an update on the design of the Standard Area Data Form on the basis of results obtained in the inventory
The object of the order is: The implementation of the nature expertise under project no POIS.02.04.00-00-0191/16 BC: “Inventory of valuable natural habitats of the country, species found within them and the creation of a Natural Resources Data Bank” - Inventory of enclaves of the area Natura 2000 Lęgi nad Lusatian Nysa PLH080038, Supplement of the state of knowledge for Natura 2000 Estuary Noteci PLH080006. In the scope of the task: Supplement of the state of knowledge for the Natura 2000 Estuary Noteci PLH080006. covering:
1.1. implementation of the field inventory of the Natura 2000 Estuary Noteci PLH080006, with a view to determining the size (in ha) of the natural habitat resources 6210, 6440, 6430 in the Natura 2000 Estuary Noteci PLH080006 of their dissolution in the area and assessing their conservation status together with indication of hazards and, in a reasonable case, the determination of protective actions..
1.2. Assessment of the conservation status of the natural habitats referred to in point 3 in accordance with the scheme of procedure set out in the Annex to the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 17 February 2010 on the drawing up of a draft conservation task plan for the Natura 2000 area (Journal of Laws No. 34, item 186 as of late.) based on the Chief Environmental Inspectorate's methodology developed as part of State Environmental Monitoring.
1.3. Identify existing and potential threats to maintain or recreate proper conservation status, separately for each natural habitat.
1.4 Developing measurable and verifiable objectives of conservation actions.
1.5. Presentation of a proposal for protective action adequate to the established risks.
1.6. Develop an update on the design of the Standard Area Data Form on the basis of the results obtained in the inventory carried out referred to in point 1.1.
