The subject of the contract is the delivery of a computing cluster with a disk array and software

This procedure shall be carried out under the unlimited invitation to tender referred to in Article 132 of the Pzp Act on the value of a contract equal to or exceeding the Union thresholds set out under Article 3 of the Pzp Act. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Pzp Act

The contractor may entrust the execution of part of the order to the subcontractor or subcontractors.

The Contracting Authority requires the Contractors to lodge a bid bond in the amount indicated in the procurement documents (SWZ)

The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a computing cluster with a disk array

and software (hereinafter referred to as "subject of the order" or "product" or "equipment" or "hardware" or "goods").

2. A detailed description of the object of the order is contained in Annex 1 to SWZ “Description of the object of the order” (also referred to as OPZ).

The term of the contract is one of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders and will be assessed in accordance with the principles described in Chapter XIX of the SWZ.
