The client wishes to conclude an agreement with one (1) professional and reliable entrepreneur for the duration of at least three (3) years for the execution of the assignment. Optionally, this fixed period can be extended twice more by means of a unilateral grant option of two (2) years. The total potential contract duration is therefore a maximum of seven (7) years.

The Programme of Requirements includes all requirements and wishes for the process-based execution of work in the municipalities of Molenlanden and Vijfheerenlanden in the context of the WOZ Act. It sets out the objectives and conditions for the way in which this work must be carried out. The Programme of Requirements forms part of the agreement between the municipality and the valuation agency for carrying out the WOZ work.
