Powys County Council are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for a Contract, which will run for three years (with an option to extend for a further 24 months). The total value of the works over three years will be in the region of 400 000 GBP. Contractors are required to be Constructionline registered and CHAS compliant (or equivalent).

The Contract will be divided into 2 Lots: South and Mid Powys and North Powys, with one or two contractors being appointed.

The Contract may also be used by other service areas in the Council, Ceredigion County Council and the Powys Teaching Health Board.
