Requirements and detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, hereinafter: OPZ, are set out in Annex 1 to SWZ. The subject of the contract shall fulfil at least the functions and parameters set out in the OPZ as defined as limit parameters. Where trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process which characterizes the products or services provided by a particular Contractor are indicated in the OPZ, the Contracting Authority shall authorise the use of equivalent products by which products with parameters shall not be understood inferior to those presented in the OPZ complying with the requirements of the Contracting Authority, at least to the same extent as the requirements in the OPZ.
