Description:
Sale and delivery of educational robots and a cobot with equipment is required for the AquaCyber Lab project at the Maritime University of Szczecin, with mandatory compliance to specified minimum requirements and allowance for equivalent solutions.

1. Subject of the order
1) The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of educational robots and a cobot with equipment as part of the project "AquaCyber Lab - Innovative education for the needs of industry at the Maritime University of Szczecin".
2) A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Attachment 1a to the SWZ. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as non-compliant with the order conditions based on art. 226 sec. 1 point 5 of the Pzp Act.
3) Nomenclature according to CPV: 42997300-4 Industrial robots.
4) Any names (trademarks) provided by the Contracting Authority are exemplary in nature, and their indication aims to define the expected standard, with the Contracting Authority allowing for the submission of equivalent offers regarding the described subject of the order.
5) The subject of the order is defined by indicating objective technical and quality features as well as standards, for which the indication of sample trademarks is permitted.
6) In cases where the Contracting Authority refers in the description of the subject of the order to norms, technical evaluations, technical specifications, and systems of technical references referred to in art. 101 sec. 1 point 2 and sec. 3 of the Pzp Act, equivalent solutions to those described are permitted.
7) The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract be brand new, free from technical and legal flaws, of good quality, approved for circulation, packaged in the original packaging for the given product, equipped with labels identifying the product, specifying its technical, quality, functional, and usability parameters. The subject of the contract, as well as the packaging, must bear the trademark and the designation of origin (manufacturer).
8) The Contracting Authority does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers.
9) The Contracting Authority allows that deliveries or services may originate from countries other than the member states of the European Union, and those that are not parties to the Agreement on Government Procurement or other international agreements guaranteeing access to the public procurement market on a basis of reciprocity and equality, of which the European Union is a party, hereinafter referred to as "third countries not parties to international agreements".
2. Equivalent solutions
The Contractor invoking equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution offered by him meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority. In such a case, the Contractor attaches to the offer a list of equivalent solutions along with its description or standards.
