Framework contract for civil engineering & assembly district heating 2022 - 2024

eins energie in Sachsen GmbH & Co. KG maintains an approximately 280 km long district heating composite system in the city of Chemnitz and supplies more than 2,600 buildings/building complexes with it. More than €8 million is invested annually in the district heating network for expansion and replacement new construction measures. Procurement of plastic sheath pipe systems accounts for approximately 10% of expenses. Eins plans to bind the contracting partners in a framework contract for civil engineering & installation work in the district heating network with a term of 3 years from 01.01.2022. The framework contract for civil engineering & assembly district heating consists of the following components:

- civil engineering

- pipe construction (including KMR, peX)

- manufacture wall ducts

- exams

- decollation services

- additional services

The nominal width range generally extends from DN 20 to DN 400.
