The subject of the contract is a service consisting of:

1) removing vehicles from roads located in the city of Łódź subject to removal, m.in. in accordance with Articles 50a and 130a of the Act of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law, hereinafter referred to as Prd and the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 22 June 2011 on the removal of vehicles left without registration plates or whose condition indicates that they are not used (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1959), or the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 22 June 2011 on the removal of vehicles, the use of which may endanger road safety or order or hinder rescue operations;

2) removing or directing vehicles to a guarded parking lot in the event of a violation of obligations or conditions of road transport in the cases specified in Article 95 of the Road Transport Act.

1. The subject of this contract is a Service consisting in:

1) removing vehicles from roads located in the city of Łódź subject to removal, m.in. in accordance with Articles 50a and 130a of the Act of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law, hereinafter referred to as Prd and the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 22 June 2011 on the removal of vehicles left without registration plates or whose condition indicates that they are not used or the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 22 June 2011 on the removal of vehicles, the use of which may threaten road safety or order or hinder rescue operations;

2) removing or directing vehicles to a guarded parking lot in the event of a violation of obligations or conditions of road transport in the cases specified in Article 95 of the Road Transport Act.

2. Vehicles will be removed after a telephone notification of the need to remove the vehicle made by the entity authorized to issue the instruction to remove the vehicle, i.e. the unit authorized to issue the instruction to remove the vehicle.

3. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Act of 11 September 2019, the Contracting Authority The Public Procurement Law requires that the activities in the field of contract performance described below be performed by persons employed on the basis of an employment relationship by the Contractor or subcontractor:

1) Access to the vehicle being the subject of the notification.

2) Receiving and signing the instruction to remove the vehicle.

3) Preparation of photographic documentation allowing to determine possible damage to the vehicle before its removal.

4) Removal or directing the vehicle to a guarded parking lot indicated by the Ordering Party.

5) Setting the vehicle in a guarded parking lot according to the indications of the parking administrator.

6) Signing the protocol of handing over the vehicle to a guarded parking lot

4. The Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor to submit the said means of proof.

5. The Contracting Authority does not provide:

1) settlement in foreign currencies;

2) reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings;

3) the Contractor undergoes an on-site inspection or the Contractor checks the documents necessary to perform the contract available on site at the Contracting Authority.
