the purpose of this contract is the cleaning and maintenance of premises and glazing involving the supply of consumables for sanitary appliances (soap, toilet paper and hand towels) of the main site and the secondary site of the ipj of the University of Paris Dauphine-Psl

the 1st part of the market is ordinary; it concerns the day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of premises and glazing. Its estimated annual amount is 1.5 million euros excluding VAT; i.e. €7.5 million excluding VAT over the maximum duration of the contract execution. Part 2 of the contract concerns the punctual operations, on demand, of cleaning and maintenance of premises and glazing intended to cover essentially the event need and possibly related to specific operations of the New Campus Project or the health context. Its estimated amount is 2% of the 1st part of the market, i.e. 30,000 euros excluding TAX per year; or 150,000 euros excluding TAX over the maximum duration of performance of the contract. It is a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum amount and with a maximum increased amount in order to take into account the vagaries induced by the complex operation Projet Nouveau Campus of 150,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). The market involves the takeover of the staff of the outgoing company by the incoming company, i.e. about forty people
