Norway's largest media company is currently in a period that is characterised by major and quick changes. We adapt to the developments in a demanding, unclear and unpredictable media market and are most happy when we are a few steps ahead. NRK is a world class producer of content and publicist. We are continually working with the development of our organisation so that we maintain our position and strengthen our relationship with the public. This requires a forward leaning and flexible organisation with a management that creates good frameworks for working systematically with innovation and talent and competence development.

NRK has a small and competent professional environment for management and organisation development. In addition we need to join up with external consultants who can work with us on the development and implementation of management and organisation development measures. It is important for NRK that the consultants we sign a contract with have expertise in the field and can cooperate well and seamlessly with NRK's internal professional environment and other consultants we have contracts with. The consultants must be able to build up trust quickly and create good relations with managers and employees in NRK. We would like access to consultants with multi-cultural competence and would therefore like tenderers to describe this in their tenders. Processes and the work will be carried out in Norwegian.
