Landscape planning services to be provided within the framework of the approval procedure for the restoration of the 100-year flood protection on the river Alb for the cities of Ettlingen and Karlsruhe. Optional: Landscape management planning (LAP) for compensation and coherence measures and the ecological construction management for the implementation of mitigation and mitigation measures.

The services to be provided include (power level I):

- Landscape Management Plan (LBP),

- Environmental impact study (UVS),

- Compatibility study for the FFH area "Albtal with side valleys",

- preliminary tests for the FFH area "Hardtwald between Karlsruhe and Muggensturm" and the FFH area "Oberwald and Alb in Karlsruhe",

- technical contribution protection of species,

- floristic surveys,

- Faunistic surveys,

- landscape visualizations,

- participation in the search for compensation areas,

- Participation in the plan approval procedure.

Level II includes optional services that the AG intends to award:

- Landscape management planning (LAP) for compensation and coherence measures,

- Ecological construction management for the implementation of avoidance and reduction measures.

The project is being carried out jointly by the cities of Ettlingen and Karlsruhe, with the city of Ettlingen assuming the lead for the implementation of the award procedure and the conclusion of the contract. It thus becomes the contracting party and the invoice recipient of the future contractor.
