Læsø Municipality hereby invites you to a market dialogue prior to the municipality's upcoming tender for ferry services.
Læsø Municipality intends to tender an approx. 10-year contract for ferry services between the Port of Vesterø and Frederikshavn.
The market dialogue is based on the municipality's head of terms for operational and contractual requirements as well as procurement issues, which will be available from the beginning of March.
The market dialogue is carried out in such a way that interested parties are asked to review the market dialogue material and, on the basis of this, complete and submit a questionnaire, the content of which will form the basis for online dialogue meetings between the individual potential bidders and the municipality.
The questionnaire contains specific questions as well as the opportunity to make other comments on the market dialogue material.
Please return the questionnaire to attorney Mikala Berg Dueholm on Mikala.Berg.Dueholm@dk.dlapiper.com no later than 13 March 2024 or via the messaging function in EU-Supply.
The market dialogue will be held as separate meetings that will be conducted online on 18 and 19 March 2024 and will last approximately 2 hours.
