CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM AND A SANITARY SEWAGE SYSTEM IN ODYSSEI STREET, STRZELECKA STREET AND PART OF UL. WITH PUMPING STATIONS IN ŁOMIANKI. The subject of the contract includes the performance of construction works consisting of:
Construction of a water supply network, along with side outlets of this network to the boundaries of land properties and fittings, of the above-mentioned streets and connection of the constructed network to the municipal water supply infrastructure in the Łomianki commune,
Construction of a gravity sanitary sewage system, along with the side outlets of this network to the boundaries of land properties and fittings, in the above-mentioned streets and the connection of the constructed network to the municipal sewage infrastructure in the Łomianki municipality
Construction of a pressurized sanitary sewage system, along with sewage pumping stations, and connection of the constructed network to the municipal sewage infrastructure in the Łomianki commune.
Construction of telemetry points on the water supply network.
Reconstruction of the surface of roads and county, municipal and private areas, after water supply and sewage works have been carried out, to the state existing before the commencement of the works, with particular emphasis on the areas of private owners, in accordance with the conditions contained in the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, relevant permits for the occupation of the road lane for the relevant streets and in accordance with the requirements of the Mayor of Łomianki regarding works consisting in reconstruction of roads after water and sewage works.
Comprehensive geodetic service of the subject of the order.
Preparation of as-built documentation.
Obtaining an occupancy permit for the built infrastructure.
