In accordance with the guideline of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Energy for the promotion of business start-ups and company succession in the state of Brandenburg, the Technologie- und Gründerzentrum Potsdam-Mittelmark GmbH is the project sponsor for the project "Start-ups in Brandenburg (GiB) for the district of Potsdam-Mittelmark" funded by the European Social Fund and the State of Brandenburg in the EU funding period 2021-2027 through qualification and coaching measures. The period of validity of the project sponsorship initially refers to the first round of the funding period until 31.12.2025.

As the project sponsor, TGZ Potsdam-Mittelmark GmbH intends to place orders in 3 "Foundation 2 GO" group formats for the implementation of the first funding module:

- "Foundation 2 GO Basic" (1 day)

- "Foundation 2 GO Compact" (2 days)

- "Foundation 2 GO DC" (3-4 days) with the orientation on the proven format of the Development Center, which has a workshop character

as well as for the second funding module to award contracts for individual specific consulting, qualification and coaching services with in-depth knowledge transfer.

Implementation of 3 differentiated "Foundation 2 GO" group formats

- "Foundation 2 GO-Basic" (1 day) - 1 trainer/consultant

- "Foundation 2 GO Compact" (2 days) - 1 trainer/consultant

- "Foundation 2 GO DC" (3-4 days) - 2 trainers/consultants

For the implementation of formats, external service providers are sought, who are bound by a framework agreement corresponding to this lot.

Coaching in the spirit of the start-up guidelines offers participants support in clarifying and implementing concrete goals and is a combination of individual specific advice, personal feedback and practice-oriented training.

The provision of individual specific consulting, qualification and coaching services in the pre-start-up phase is based on the individual needs of a participant, which are determined and documented in the start-up schedule. The essential consulting content is therefore defined by the respective requirements for the specific start-up project and differ in their main areas of focus.

For the implementation of these individual specific consulting, qualification and coaching services, several external service providers are sought, who are bound by a framework agreement corresponding to this lot.
