The purpose of this consultation is to carry out the local inter-communal urban planning plan (PLUI) for heritage and landscape and to study the perimeter delimited by the surroundings of historic monuments of the Urban Community of the Pays de Fontainebleau.

The purpose of this consultation is to carry out the local inter-municipal urban planning plan (PLUI) for heritage and landscape and to study the perimeter delimited by the surroundings of historic monuments of the Urban Community of the Pays de Fontainebleau. The contract is divided into 5 (five) tranches as follows:

Firm slice

Phase 1: carrying out the PLUI diagnosis (1 re part RP) and delimited perimeters of the surroundings in accordance with the CCTP;

Phase 2: preparation of the PADD in accordance with the CCTP;

Phase 3: development of planning and programming guidelines, written and graphic regulations and delimitation of the perimeter of the surroundings in accordance with the CCTP;

Phase 4: justification of the choices made and environmental assessment (2 e RP part);

Phase 5: constitution of the PLUI file for stopping, presentation of the results of the consultation, consultation of the PPAs and preparation and follow-up of the public inquiry;

Phase 6: modifications of the PLUI file, finalization of documents for approval by the community council and legality check.

Optional phase 1: preparation of the Barnier law study - article L. 111-1-4 including all necessary meetings.

Optional phase 2: development of a sector plan including OAP, zoning and by-law including all necessary meetings.

Optional tranche 3: making the SPRs of Barbizon and Bourron-Marlotte compatible with the provisions of the PLUI.

Optional phase 4: implementation of additional consultation: animated computer graphics (video).

The costs of any additional services are indicated in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU) and will be the subject of order forms if necessary. The consistency of the services is detailed in the Special technical clauses (CCTP).
