The operation of construction of social and intermediate housing, for rental purposes and home ownership, in proportions to be determined, is located in the urban center of the City of Dreux, near the SNCF station serving Paris Montparnasse.

The operation is conditional on obtaining public funding

the project is located within the perimeter of 500 meters of protection of historical monuments, with the objective of filing a building permit in April 2023.

The contracting authority reserves the right not to proceed with the project in the event of an obligation to carry out archaeological excavations and/or soil remediation.

The works consist of:

- Demolition of existing buildings

- Construction of about 40 dwellings:

Collective dwellings: R+2+penthouse

2 parking spaces per dwelling (underground parking)
