ASG Spremberg GmbH, as trustee, service provider and concessionaire of the Zweckververband Industriepark Schwarze Pumpe (ZV ISP), is planning the preparation and development of development areas 7.1 and 7.2 in the western outdoor area of the Schwarze Pumpe industrial park.
In preparation for the creation of building space for the exploitation of the land potentials and the settlement of new companies, the demolition, including deep debris removal of selected fallow plants and the associated media relocation/safeguarding, which are shown on the following site plan, in the western outdoor area of the Schwarze Pumpe Industrial Park will be necessary.
It is intended to commission the planning services in defined work steps 1-9. The subject matter of the contract is engineering services for the clearance of the construction site / demolition, including deep debris removal of existing, fallow structures and the associated media relocation/securing.
The work steps are to be understood as necessary services that are to be provided in the sense of project planning/implementation based on service phases 1 - 9 (HOAI) for the proper fulfillment of an order.

-Scope
The scope of planning with regard to necessary line relocations and/or safeguards must be coordinated with the client and the media carrier and the appropriate measures must be planned. The media lines that are no longer active and their training will be dismantled in connection with the demolition work.
These are pipelines for sewage, water and heat supply, as well as electrical supply and telecommunications equipment. The pipelines in question generally have a dimensioning of DN 100 to 1000.
The assignment initially only includes work steps 1-2. Work steps 3-7 are commissioned accordingly in further stages. There is no legal entitlement to the commissioning of work steps 3-7.
