Tenders will be issued for construction services for three properties centrally managed by BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH which will be used as office buildings.
For the properties, the contractor is to provide planning and construction services for the integration of compact air-to-water heat pumps into the existing heat generation plant (natural gas). In addition, if available, the existing central hot water supply will be dismantled and replaced by decentralized, electrical components.
The services to be provided are basically divided into planning under approval law, e.g. for sound insulation/statics/fire protection, plant and assembly planning, execution of the heat pump systems together with integration and, if necessary, upgrades in existing buildings, commissioning of the integrated system (new and existing systems) and documentation of the new and integrated system.
As a basis for the implementation planning, detailed and detailed planning documents are provided.
