The subject of the contract is: Development of design documentation for: Construction of a bicycle path along the district road No. 1483B on the section Biele - Złotniki (Juchnowiec Kościelny commune)
A detailed description of the contract is provided in Chapter III of this SWZ.
1. Existing state (registration data subject to verification by the Designer)
1.1. Width of the existing roadway and crown
The length of the section – about 1.1 km
The beginning of the section – at the intersection with the district road No. 1488B in the town of Warsaw. Whites
The end of the section – at the exit to the municipal road (plot no. 294, precinct Złotniki, or commune of Juchnowiec Kościelny
Bituminous road with a roadway width of 6.0m; street cross-section, trail; The width of the roadsides is 1.5 m. Road lane width: about 13m-23m.
1.2.Engineering objects
Single-span reinforced concrete bridge 8.0 m long on a natural watercourse/Gniła stream. A separate object should be designed – a footbridge with parameters adapted to the designed bicycle path.
Culvert under the crown of the road – provide for reconstruction/extension or construction of new culverts under the designed bicycle road.
1.3.External equipment (according to publicly available geodetic resources):
- power grid and lighting network,
- telecommunications network,
- water supply network,
-gas pipeline
- storm water drainage network.
2. OUTPUT FOR DESIGN
2.1 Road class: standard Z.
2.2 A design of a pedestrian and bicycle path with a width consistent with the technical conditions should be developed. Preferred location: in the building area behind the curb, outside the building area on a separate body; left side.
2.3. Design a bridge structure – a footbridge on a natural watercourse/Gniła struga for the purpose of carrying out a bicycle road.
2.4 Construction: surface – asphalt concrete in two layers (3cm + 3cm) or from chamferless paving stones on an aggregate foundation.
2.5 One exit to one plot should be designed at a location agreed with the property owner.
2.6 Design a system that provides an effective way to drain the road lane.
2.7 Construction/reconstruction of trenches.
2.8 Construction/reconstruction of culverts under the crown of the road and under the exits.
2.9 Installation of protective barriers over culverts and in places requiring their location.
2.10 Proposals for planting trees
Provide for felling and grubbing-up of all trees that threaten safety or interfere with road reconstruction.
Provide for the removal of unnecessary bushing and all taverns.
On the land development plan, number all trees and bush areas intended for felling. A list of trees and shrubs to be felled in tabular form should be attached, including: two-part names, tree diameters/circumference, bush area and geodetic number of the parcel.
2.11 Proposals for the reconstruction (security) of associated equipment
Reconstruction of external equipment (existing and designed) should be envisaged in terms of removing collisions with the proposed solutions in the event of their occurrence. For this purpose, the Contractor shall provide authors of projects of individual industries with appropriate authorizations allowing the development of project documentation of a given industry.
The scope of transmission of external devices should be agreed with the Ordering Party. Costs should be minimised as far as possible. Industry projects must be absolutely agreed with the network administrators.
In the area covered by the investment, infrastructure is located, in accordance with publicly available geodetic resources:
- power grid and lighting network,
- telecommunications network,
- water supply network,
-gas pipeline
- storm water drainage network.
The Contracting Authority does not exclude the presence of other technical infrastructure than the one mentioned above. In the event of a collision with other devices/technical infrastructure, the Contractor of the design documentation is obliged to develop, as part of this contract, industry executive designs to the extent necessary to develop a complete construction project.
The Contractor's responsibility for the design documentation is to obtain technical conditions from network operators for collision removal/protection of existing technical infrastructure / devices.
