The subject of the contract is the ongoing maintenance and maintenance of traffic lights and ITS devices on roads and streets in the city of Tychy, including:
- ongoing maintenance and maintenance of signalling devices - traffic lights at intersections built as part of ITS Tychy [signalling covered by the warranty and guarantee of the contractor of the ITS Tychy system],
- ongoing maintenance and maintenance of signalling devices - traffic lights activated at pedestrian crossings built as part of ITS Tychy [signalling covered by the warranty and guarantee of the contractor of the ITS Tychy system],
- ongoing maintenance and maintenance of signalling devices - warning light signals at pedestrian crossings and bicycle crossings built as part of ITS Tychy [signalling covered by the warranty and guarantee of the contractor of the ITS Tychy system],
- ongoing maintenance and maintenance of signalling devices - traffic lights at intersections - other signalling,
- ongoing maintenance and maintenance of signalling devices - traffic lights activated at pedestrian crossings - other signalling,
- ongoing maintenance and maintenance of signalling devices - warning light signals at pedestrian crossings and bicycle crossings - other signals,
- ongoing maintenance and maintenance of ITS devices - VMS marks built as part of ITS Tychy [VMS marks covered by the warranty and guarantee of the contractor of the ITS Tychy system],
- ongoing maintenance and maintenance of ITS devices - TDIP marks built as part of ITS Tychy [TDIP marks covered by the warranty and guarantee of the contractor of the ITS Tychy system],
- ongoing maintenance and maintenance of other ITS equipment [devices covered by the warranty
and the guarantee of the contractor of the Tychy ITS system],
- removal of failures and repair work of traffic lights and ITS devices.
A detailed description of the contract and the manner of its performance is specified in the Technical Documentation and in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement prepared for the purposes of this order constituting Annex No. 3 and 8 to the SWZ, respectively.
Pursuant to Article 95 of the PPL Act, the contracting authority requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing all physical work related to the performance of all works covered by the subject of the contract, the performance of which consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code, i.e. performing activities described in the procurement documents at the following positions: manual workers, operators of machinery and equipment, drivers.
