The subject of the contract is the provision of application support and technical administration services for the SAP system.
As part of the Application Support Services for the System, the Contractor will implement in the scope of SAP modules used by the Ordering Party, listed in Annex 1 to the Proposed provisions of the contract (Annex No. 4 to SWZ):
a) programming services,
b) system configuration and modification services,
(c) consultancy and documentation services.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.
The term of the contract:
The Ordering Party requires that the order be performed for a maximum period of 24 months from the date of signing the contract or until the maximum value of the contract referred to in §4 section 1 of Annex 4 to the SWZ is exhausted, whichever occurs earlier.

2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes a total pool of up to 2100 man-hours of work of the Contractor's consultant, divided into two priorities:
(a) 'high' – at least 20 but not more than 100 man-hours,
(b) 'low' means at least 500 but not more than 2000 man-hours.
