According to the approved Technical Specifications, the objective of the works is to ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the project; that the geometry, measurements and assessments are correct, and that the quality of each and every one of the work units and their materials respond to what is specified in the Project Specifications and to the standards that, referred to therein or not, are applicable. The works to be carried out, summarized, are those listed below:- Technical Assistance to the Construction Management.The Consultant will provide the Project Management with the necessary Technical Assistance in order to achieve the best and most appropriate execution of the works. In this sense, it will issue all the reports and carry out the studies that are requested by it.- Control and Surveillance of the works; which will cover: ▪ Technical assistance to work. Geometric control of the work. Qualitative control. ▪ ▪ It will be responsible for controlling the quality of the execution of the work of the work. Quantitative control of the work.- Technical Assistance in Health and Safety.It will include all the works related to Occupational Health and Safety, approving the Safety Plan presented by the builder and controlling and taking responsibility for its compliance throughout the work. ▪
