Deadline for the service: from the date of signing the contract for a period of 8 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The Contracting Authority does not specify the requirements for employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities in the scope of contract performance, because the performance of these activities does not consist, in the opinion of the Contracting Party, in the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code. Persons referred to the performance of the contract may also be employed on the basis of other civil law contracts, in accordance with the scope of obligations performed under the contract. It should be noted that the Contractor's team expected by the Ordering Party consists of people who can run their own business (in the case of persons conducting e.g. animation activities) or be employed in other entities (e.g. non-governmental organizations, educational institutions, commercial companies). The Contracting Authority does not provide for requirements for the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the PPL Act.
Pursuant to Article 257 of the PPL, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure in question if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
