This ordinary contract, with a maximum duration of 7 years and 6 months (including 2 optional years) in one batch, meets the needs for renovation work on the control system of the Gerstheim plant.
The work involves the supply of high-power electrical installation and control system as part of the Modernization and Standardization of Hydraulics (MSH) project for the GERSHEIM plant.
The plant is equipped with 6 bulb groups. It feeds into the nearby high voltage station. Energy evacuation to the station is ensured by three two-winding HTA transformers, each shared by two alternators. Groups G1 to G4 originated from Neyrpic-Alsthom, while groups G5 and G6 were produced by SFAC-Jeumont. The two families show notable differences in the auxiliaries required for their operation.
The continuity of the plant's flow is partially ensured by a discharger made up of three segment valves and by the ability of the groups to operate as a discharger.
•The work involves the renovation of programmed or relay control automation of the various components and their instrumentation, control automation, and state recording of the groups,
•The work involves the renovation of the control and protection automation for the energy evacuation sections of the HTA transformers,
•The work involves renovations of the alternating current electrical distribution for the 6 groups of the 3 Production transformers,
•The work involves the renovation of the plant's control room,
•The work involves the renovation of the backup automation for dischargers currently named “A2” which will become an APSD (Emergency Programmable Discharger) after this MSH renovation,
•Technical options will be included in the following areas:
Programming of control automata for the primary level of the groups,
Installation of PI VISION or e-exploitation screens (kiosk service)
Upstream notch box G0X.AL0X.CG01 for non-PI2R groups
Overspeed triggers G1/G2/G3
Living base 1 locker room and 1 canteen
Replacement of the bulb lights and sockets of the groups
Replacement of the polar wheel with 60 teeth.
