The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of the OHS assortment for foresters
and mosquito and tick repellent. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 7 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract is divided into 3 tasks (parts). The list of estimated quantities includes an assortment and price form (Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ).
The given quantities of the subject of the contract are indicative and are used to compare and evaluate offers, subject to points 3.5 . – 3.6. and 3.10 SWZ.
The terms of the contract are set out in the draft contract (Annex 3 to the SWZ). The warranty period for the delivered assortment is 24 months.

Underwear and T-shirts for short sleevesThe Contractor may submit a bid for one or more Tasks. However, the offer submitted for the Task must cover the entire scope of the work provided for in the SWZ for this Task.
3.3. The Contracting Authority shall call upon the Contractor whose offer has been selected as the most advantageous to submit documents confirming that the offered products have a declaration of conformity and CE marks, in the case of items requiring their possession and specified in the description of the subject of the contract.
3.4. The subject of the contract must comply with:
a) designs located at the Premises of the Ordering Party in Stargard (in the case of specified items)
b) a description of the subject of the contract given in Annex 7 to the SWZ.
In order to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements of the ordering party and the description of the subject of the contract, the offer should be accompanied by the versions of clothing specified in the table contained at the end of the description of the subject of the contract (Annex 7 to the SWZ).
Individual elements of clothing submitted with the offer must contain a tag with the manufacturer's information on the offered clothing (including data on the materials from which it is made and other markings and information required for clothing).
If the Ordering Party has doubts as to the offered assortment in terms of its compliance with the description of the subject of the contract, it may order fabric tests in an accredited unit at the Expense of the Contractor or call on the Contractor to send analyzes, attestations, test reports or other documents containing technical and functional indicators of fabrics used to perform the subject of the contract, confirming the fulfillment of the requirements contained in the description of the subject of the contract. These documents should be issued by an accredited testing laboratory. The quantities of the subject of the contract specified in Annex 8 (unit price form) to the SWZ are indicative. The Ordering Party is not obliged to purchase the entire subject of the order, which, however, cannot be the basis for any claims against the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantities indicated in Annex 8 (unit price form) to the SWZ by a maximum of 70% in relation to the value of the subject of the order, specified in § 3 section 1 of the Agreement. Ordering a smaller scope of the subject of the contract will not affect the amount of unit prices. The Ordering Party also reserves the right to change individual quantities included in the subject of the contract (within the task – as part of interchangeably balancing orders and gross contractual remuneration for the contract.), unless this increases the total value of the contract.
