Contracting authority

The following members of the DCO platform jointly form the Contracting Authority:

- participant 1: School group Pontes,

- participant 2: Rg. School community 't Rijks Bergen op Zoom,

- participant 3: VO Zeeuws-Vlaanderen,

- participant 4: Ostrea Lyceum.

Verus: Verus is the accompanying service in this procedure.

Agreement

The agreement will enter into force from 1.6.2021 to 1.6.2023 with an option for a unilateral extension by the contracting authority of two (2) times one (1) year. The expiry date is 1.6.2025.

Scope: offering External workers for the entire hiring needs of the Contracting Authority.

This pertains to functions that are divided into the following segments:

a) teaching staff (OP -95%);

b) education support staff (OOP-5%).

The contractor fills in the above hiring requirement by means of the following hiring forms:

- secondment / deployment.
