The purpose of the consultation is to appoint service providers for the conclusion of a framework agreement for the installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment on the La Poste group's real estate stock in metropolitan France (outside Île-de-France).

The framework agreement is broken down into three (3) geographical lots (map available on the MAG e-sourcing platform):

- Lot n°1: region Hauts-de-France, Normandy, Brittany, Pays de la Loire and Centre Val de Loire;

- Lot n°2: Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Burgundy-Franche-Comté and Grand-Est region;

- Lot n°3: region of New Aquitaine, Occitania, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur and Corsica.

Installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment on the La Poste group's real estate stock in the Hauts-de-France, Normandy, Brittany, Pays de la Loire and Centre Val de Loire region.

Installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment on the La Poste group's real estate stock in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and Grand-Est regions.

Installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment on the La Poste group's real estate stock in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Occitanie, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur and Corsica regions.
