The subject of the contract is the development of complete design and cost estimate documentation along with an effective notification of works that do not require a building permit resulting from the Polish law in force on the day of initiating the tender procedure in terms of the form and required procedure set out in the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law [...] and other generally applicable regulations for the task entitled: "New roads / bicycle paths in Opole" in the scope of development design documentation for pedestrian and bicycle paths along Częstochowa Street.
The scope of the contract includes:
STAGE I
Development of a concept for the entire scope in accordance with the guidelines and arrangements with the Ordering Party. [...]

The development of a multi-branch construction project and executive designs will take place after obtaining a positive opinion for a complex concept.

STAGE I
Development of concepts for the entire scope in accordance with guidelines and agreements
with the Ordering Party.
Submission of the land development concept to the Department of Transport and Traffic Management of the Opole City Hall, the Department of Technical Infrastructure and Municipal Management of the Opole City Hall and the Municipal Road Administration in Opole to give an opinion on the adopted solutions.
Providing the Ordering Party with a concept along with positive feedback.
Stage II
The development of a multi-branch construction project and executive designs will take place after obtaining a positive opinion for a complex concept.
