The subject of the contract is the implementation and delivery of conference articles and information and promotion. A detailed description of the Object of the Order is included in Annex 1 to the ToR. The period of 2 months specified in Section IV.2.6) of the announcement should be understood as 60 days calculated from the set date for submission of tenders. The awarding entity will apply the procedure specified in art. 24aa section 1 of the Act of 29.1.2004 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1986, as amended) hereinafter referred to as the Act. This contract is part of a larger contract, the value of which is greater than the amount specified in the provisions issued under Article 11 paragraph 8 of the Act of 29.1.2004 Public Procurement Law in relation to services and supplies or construction works.

The subject of the contract is the implementation and delivery of conference articles and information and promotion. The Contractor within 3 days of posting the information on the Purchasing Platform https://zamowienia.miir.gov.pl/ referred to in art. 86 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law, is required to provide the contracting authority with a declaration of belonging or not belonging to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 23 of the Act. Together with the submission of the declaration, the contractor may provide evidence that the links with another contractor do not lead to a distortion of competition in the procurement procedure. A specimen declaration is attached as Annex 4 to the ToR. The Awarding Entity does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 points 6 and 7 of the PPL Act.
