This currently concerns messages on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. These messages must be read and processed. This service is also called webcare. Webcare means: answering questions that are asked on the VWS online media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn or possibly future new channels), where possible also giving responses to special comments or complaints and maintaining the house rules.
