This consultation concerns corporate communication services.

The procurement procedure used is the restricted invitation to tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 2°, R. 2161-6 to R. 2161-9 and R. 2161-11 of the Public Order Code.

Form of the contract: Multi-awarding Framework Agreement is without minimum and with a maximum. It will be awarded to 4 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders), after a selection of 8 applications. This procedure is divided into three distinct phases:

- an application phase at the end of which candidates admitted to present an offer will be selected;

- an administrative phase: verification of application files;

- an offer phase at the end of which the successful tenderer (s) will be chosen.

This consultation concerns corporate communication services.

The selected agencies will have to support local authorities in defining and developing their external communication strategy. It is a role of expertise, advice and definition of the axes and themes to be developed that is expected.

- Accompaniment: Adaptation and graphic creation, realization of supports.

this consultation is carried out as part of a group of orders in accordance with Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code with the following organizations:

- city of Montpellier

- Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole

The coordinator of the group of orders is Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole. He will be in charge of the award, signature and notification of the framework agreement. Each member will have to monitor the implementation of the framework agreement.
