Supply of refined petroleum products:

- lot n o 1: supply of fuel by flow-through subscription cards;

- lot n o 2: supply and delivery of domestic fuel oil for heating the municipal premises.

Each of the lots constitutes a single-beneficiary framework agreement, concluded as from 17.10.2021 (lot no. o 1), and from 26.7.2021 (lot no. o 2), or from their notification if it takes place at a later date, for a period of one (1) year. The two contracts may be expressly renewed three times for the same period. The two lots are concluded with no minimum or maximum annual amount. The estimated value of the purchase order services for lot n o 1 is 41,000 EUR excluding VAT per year, or 164,000 EUR excluding VAT for four years. The estimated value of the purchase order services for lot n o 2 is 90,000 EUR excluding VAT per year, or 360,000 EUR excluding VAT for four years.
