The construction measure consists of the construction of a new building as a laboratory building on the campus of the Beuth University in the Berlin district of Wedding.

The building to be erected has the following shell dimensions:

Length approx. 90 m, width approx. 31 m, height approx. 22 m or 24 m including the roof structures. The gross floor area including the basement is approx. 16 840 m 2nd .

— 245 vats of large aluminium windows, incl. outdoor blinds,

— 35 pcs plastic window,

— 115 m2 mullion-transom façade, aluminium, 2-storey,

— 250 curtained sheet metal pillars, aluminium as column cladding, including thermal insulation,

— 2 000 m of metal cladding, aluminium as camper and sill cladding, window sills,

— 230 m aluminium atics plates,

— 40 m2 sheet metal lining of soffits, aluminium including thermal insulation.
