The purpose of this call for competition is to choose:

- the insurance intermediary (s) (general agent or broker) who will be responsible for the placement of the contracts, their management and the settlement of claims,

- Mutual or mutual insurance company (or companies) without intermediaries that will cover (a) the various insurance risks of the municipality of Vanves.

The contract is broken down into eight (8) lots, each of which is the subject of a separate contract:

- lot 1: "fire damage to property" insurance,

- lot 2: general liability insurance,

- lot 3: motor fleet insurance,

- lot 4: statutory risk insurance,

- lot 5: "general legal protection" insurance,

- lot 6: insurance "legal criminal protection of territorial agents and elected officials",

- Lot No 7: damage to works of art and / or exhibitions insurance,

- Lot 8: "Cybercrime" insurance.
