The nursing department of CuSL is organized into care streams that are part of a safety and quality approach.
These channels allow:
- to bring together complementary medical activities
- to promote common management of beds, equipment, training and budget
- to encourage the pooling of resources into staff
- to improve the "clinical path" of the patient.
In order to continuously improve the quality of care provided to the patient, the nursing department wishes to acquire electric beds.
The Nursing Department of the CHNWL is organized into homogeneous care units which each, for the continuous improvement of the quality of care provided to patients, wishes to acquire electric beds of adult size.
The subject-matter of this contract shall comprise the following item to be borne by the successful tenderer:
1) ITEM 1: Supply, delivery, hardware and computer installation (including all computer connections), commissioning and testing of electric beds;
2) ITEM 2: Full omnium maintenance (after warranty)
3) ITEM 3: Preventive maintenance (after warranty).
4) ITEM 4: Curative maintenance (under management; after warranty).
5) ITEM 5: Brake alarm: The tenderer will describe in its tender (technical sheet) the type of brake alarm = information indicating that the brakes are not engaged, that it proposes and the related technology for the transmission of alarms.
6) ITEM 6: Exit from the patient bed: The tenderer will describe in his tender (technical sheet) the type of patient's bed exit alarm he proposes and the related technology for the transmission of alarms to the nursing staff (technique used, technical adaptation to be provided...).
7) ITEM 7: Automatic light on the ground: The tenderer will propose in its tender an automatic light by motion detection illuminating the floor and the environment close to the bed when the patient leaves the bed. Description of the technical specifications and the technology used
8) ITEM 8: Pre-wiring for connectivity: The bidder will propose in its offer wired option of the bed, allowing computer connection and use of its "connected bed" package.
9) ITEM 9: Battery: The bidder will propose in its offer a price for the replacement of the battery. The replacement of the latter will be included during the warranty period but not during the maintenance period after the warranty period.
