PCA AHU T2 + SAT maintenance

A framework contract for the maintenance of PCA AHU systems at the terminal and SAT is being tendered. There are 52 systems, 24 systems at Terminal 2 and 28 systems on SAT. The contractor is responsible for maintenance, repair and improvement, as well as other services for the air production systems (AHU). Parts of the maintenance and maintenance measures are described in the specifications, with a minimum frequency for each part of the plant and with an indication of the scope of activities.

A price per building part (1xT2, 1xSAT) is requested for maintenance and inspection per year. In addition, a price per plant and year is asked. If a plant is taken out of operation for a month or more, or if an additional plant is added by extension, the remuneration for this period is reduced or increased by the corresponding number of plants in accordance with the agreed pro rata annual remuneration.

In addition, prices are asked for any necessary repair work and replacement work. The work mentioned above is commissioned separately and remunerated according to expenditure. For this purpose, the corresponding hourly billing rates must be indicated in the service schedule.
